- Organic growth had led to messy, unprioritized content that made it difficult for users to find the information they needed.
- GOLDEN GATE BRIDGE, HIGHWAY & TRANSPORTATION DISTRICT serves both commuting locals and sightseeing tourists, and this duality was in conflict on their website.
